Schwab) Original Situation: The Department of Surgery at Krems Hospital is to have a separate website of its own, in addition to the brief presentation on the hospital’s website (www.khkrems.at), in order to address different target groups, such as patients, experts and the media. Solution: net-value created the content and navigation concept and set up the website in collaboration with the technical service provider. The focus of the site is on patients and their relatives. The website describes the facilities of the Department of Surgery, the quality management system and the team. Specialisations such as adiposity, haemorrhoid or reflux surgery are explained in detail and in words comprehensible to laypersons. In the password-protected “Doctors Info” area, referring doctors and others can find detailed medical information. Texts and photos are available for download in the Press area. Additional features are a newsletter, guestbook and contact form. Services:
