Original Situation: epSOS is one of the most comprehensive EU-wide eHealth projects to date. The primary objective of the epSOS website is to disseminate the results of the large scale pilot project to an international audience in an accessible manner without causing an undue burden of work for project participants not involved in dissemination activities, while simultaneously showcasing the organisational structure of this highly complex organisation, composed of numerous work packages. Solution: net-value created a typo3-based website and designed the fundamental navigation concept. By embedding an editorial team into project-internal dissemination work groups and processes, net-value was able to document, proof-read and publish project results in an accessible manner. Concertedly drafted workflows and guaranteed transparency, traceability and the integration in project-internal quality management processes of all activities undertaken by the net-value editorial team.
