The site was to establish an efficient link between the Austrian administration and the public. net-value was asked to design a cost-effective form and to develop a process that would do justice to the complex structure (federal level/ ministries, states, municipalities, social security etc.) Solution: We first developed our so-called life situation concept for HELP, in which the content of a site is structured by life or work situations of citizens. A dedicated content editorial team worked to present the text of the law in clearly understandable and user-friendly format. Services:
