| Commissioned by: Rail Cargo Austria Original situation: Rail Cargo Austria had several inhomogeneous insular solutions instead of one Intranet, which focused on business unit and regions. Problems such as lack of uniformity and structure, work duplication and lack of cooperation across departments were the reasons for commissioning the concept design and development of a new RCA Intranet from net-value. Solution: Instead of choosing an Intranet structure that mimicked the organizational structure of the company, we designed a content structure that focused on work situations.
