Original situation:
The existing website of Rail Cargo Austria was to become more customer-friendly. The communication with customers, which had until then taken place mainly by fax and on paper, was to be shifted to online transactions.

Solution:
net-value developed a new and up to date website for the cargo operations of ÖBB. This site focused especially on the implementation of content that is specific to customer segments. As part of the relaunch, net-value also realized e-Commerce projects.
