We specialize in the research, development and structuring of useful e-Content, because no project in the Internet or Intranet will be successful if this complex is not properly addressed. Technology and design can neither cover up nor solve content deficits.
In this regard, the "idea" is the basis for the success of a project: which benefit, which aid or which service am I offering to my customers, partners, or employees online that would not otherwise be available or would be much harder to come by?
Without a consistent concept that answers this question - without ifs, ands or buts - no project can be implemented successfully. Consequently, ongoing project support is indispensable for sustainable success.

Our path to success: We live in life situations Internet information and offers that are organized by life situations (also: situational topics, factual situations, topic clusters, company episodes etc.) offer faster benefit to users and result in greater customer satisfaction for providers.
Service offers of public authorities that are based on specific life situations have become the standard in many European countries. People are looking for specific information, not the text of the law, for example in the following situations: birth of a child, starting school, registering a vehicle, work, export, starting a company.
However, the life situation approach also gives banks, insurance companies, retailers and service providers an opportunity to offer their products and services on the basis of need. Most people aren´t searching for product numbers, internal company product names or price lists, but want to see detailed and complete offers for a specific need.
net-value operates a website www.lifesituations.org to allow everyone to benefit from our experiences (since 1996) in the field of content organization by life situation and content editing for public citizen services as well as private sector offers.
We also intend to contribute to the standardization and comparability of websites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and ultimately, in Europe.
Our first project that was developed on the basis of the life situation concept was help.gv.at. The Austrian government asked us in 1996 to design a concept for an information service about government processes in Austria that was truly focused on citizens. The website http://www.help.gv.at was presented to the public in 1997. It was the first European website of a public authority to be organized by the life situation principle. Numerous domestic and international awards have confirmed the success and efficiency of this type of content structuring.
