Individually-tailored information
Citizen’s portals are often faced with the challenge of presenting complex legal subjects in a citizen-friendly, comprehensible way. This inevitably results in long, confusing texts containing lots of “if…then” links. In order to offer citizens simple answers, the individual Online Guide has been developed!
The Online Guide is based on an ICT tool with contents which have to be developed editorially, which poses specific questions on his personal situation and thus, in a question-answer dialogue, leads him or her to an answer that is individually-tailored for him or her. The Online Guide can present complex contents in an easily-comprehensible, concise style – even in several languages.
Gaining the trust of citizens is thereby particularly important to us! All questions and answers are 100 per cent anonymous. In particular, the use of authentication (e.g. by means of the Citizen Card) or data storage, both of which citizens find time-consuming, is not necessary.
In cooperation with our collaborative partner 3i Software, we offer you a complete Online Guide Service – ranging from the analysis and structuring of contents that are relevant for you, as well as citizen-friendly text formatting and the incorporation of dialogues, to the updating of contents.
